Next weekend will be last 18 holes competition of the season and will run over Saturday, Sunday & Monday. The winter season will commence with a 14 holes competition with placing everywhere.

Saturday Club
The Saturday Club kicked off last weekend and it was refreshing to see a great gathering in the clubhouse afterwards. The Captain PJ Murphy welcomed Club Captain Mark Curley and Secretary Ivor Gleeson to the presentation and said that he was looking forward to the season ahead.
Result (12 holes): 1, Gerry King (19) 26; 2, Stephen Woods (13) 26; 3, Michael Barrett (12) 26; 4, Johnny Kelly (10) 24. The draw for bottles went to Austin Lydon, Paddy Coyne and Gerry Murphy.
There will be no Saturday Club this coming weekend as the club are having a Bank Holiday open competition. It will resume the following Saturday.

There was no winner of our lotto jackpot worth 19,000 euro. Numbers drawn were 1, 11, 12, 30. Congratulations to Kevin O Sullivan, Danny McGrath and Breege Kilgannon Dunne who were our lucky dip winners.
