Once again there was a very large entry for the 14 hole weekend competition (and also round 4 of the winter league). Declan Mulligan (21) started with four straight pars on his way to 37 points to win by two points from the in form Ger Keane (22), who once again came second. Third, with 33 points on a b/d, was the very consistent David Heneghan (24). Gross was won by John Bodkin (8) with 28 g. pts.

The same 14 holes are in play again this coming weekend, winter league round 5, while a three player Champagne Scramble will be held over the Christmas.

Saturday Club
The weather conditions were tough for golf but still the scoring was good with Club Captain Gerry Cunningham edging victory. Well done to him.
