Mens results 7/5/23
Our first stroke competition of the year, the Teresa Maher Memorial, for free half sub had a very big entry and a phenomenal winning score of 62 by Declan King (19) which wins by five shots. In second, on 67, is Adrian Forde (13) helped by birdies on 10 and 16. Third is Martin Fallon (18) with a fine 68…. a birdie 3 on 9 helping. Gross winner, with birdies on 3, 8, and 12, is Morgan Lynch (2) with 74 gross.

This Wednesday is our first OPEN DAY of the season and will continue every Wednesday til September.

Goats Golf
The retired members of Tuam Golf Club had another good turnout and the scoring was impressive as usual. Result (18 holes): 1st, Frank Clancy 41pts; 2nd, Martin Moroney 41pts; 3rd, Sean Doyle 41pts; 4th Paul Keating 38pts. Well done to Jerry Desmond who had a 2 at the par 3 11th. He received €30 for his exploits.
