Mens results 8/10/23
Our weekend competition was kindly sponsored by Duffy’s Pharmacy. The overall winner is Donal Cunningham (6) with 42 points. Donal went around in level par helped by five birdies…. fantastic golf. The 0-9 winner is Alan Moran (4) with 37 points helped by four birdies. Jason Coyne (16) wins the 10-16 category with 28 points. Ollie Martyn (23) was beaten on a breakdown for the overall prize but wins the 17-23 category. Jack Treacy (29) wins the 24+ category, on a breakdown, with 38 points. Shane Conlisk wins the new members category.

Next weekend’s competition is sponsored by Stapleton’s Expert Electrical and is the last of our golfer of the year tourneys.

Winter League
The entry sheet for the winter league is now up in the locker-room. The first round will be on weekend ending Nov 12th. The teams of three will be picked by the tournament directors based on handicaps. As usual only one score will count each week so there’s no problem if you can’t make every league weekend. Entry to the league is €10 with over €700 being paid out in prizes. Last date for entry is Sunday 5th November.

Lotto
There were no winners of our lotto jackpot worth €4,900. Numbers drawn were 16, 17, 27, 28. Congratulations to Pete Fahy who was our lucky dip winner.
