Saturday Club
There was a great turnout for the 10 hole competition last weekend with Oliver Martyn returning a phenomenal 27 points. He admitted afterwards that he never played anything like this before. Oliver is a staunch member of the Saturday Club and is bound to feature again.

Goats Golf
There was a big entry for the retired members of Tuam Golf Club with almost 30 playing. The sponsor was Paddy Rabbitte.
Result (10 holes): 1st Roger Broderick (36) 27pts; 2nd Sean Doyle (19) 25pts; 3rd John Daly (21) 24pts; 4th Vincent Ryder (24) 23pts.
Well done to Captain Jerry Desmond on a brilliant presentation of prizes. He is now recruiting new members for next year when PJ Murphy will be taking over.
The only criteria is that members have to be retired (or semi-retired) and have a playing handicap. The new members will be introduced to Mary in the office and all committee officers.

Lotto
There were no winners of our lotto jackpot worth €10,400. Numbers drawn were 11, 12, 16, 25. Congratulations to Sean Doyle who was our lucky dip winner.
