The good weather in October has extended the golfing season and the golf course looks well in its autumnal colours. The only down side is the millions of leaves on the ground making ball spotting difficult. Gerry Murphy obviously had no problem this weekend as he had a great score. The ladies played 16 holes and it was a case of officers only as the captain, president and vice captain all won.

Traditionally the golfing year in the club is opened with a Drive In. This year there will be a DRIVE OUT on Sunday 20th November.
As with the drive in it will be a fun 9 holes, a scramble of sorts…. full details next week.
