Competition Results
Mens results 27/2/22. Weather and conditions kept the numbers down this weekend but the competition threw up a great battle between winter league finalists and playing partners Eugene Melvin and Michael Brannelly. Birdies on 5 and 11 won it for Eugene (27) with 32 points with Michael (22) coming second ( on a b/d) on 31 points.

Winter League
The final of the winter league will be played over 18 holes on the last weekend of March.
Ladies results 14th February 2022. 1st Geraldine McCormack (36) 34 pts, 2nd Mary Bollard (24) 28 pts.
The CAPTAINS’ DRIVE-IN, a 9 hole scramble, is on Sunday March 13th, with a shotgun start at 2:00.
Entry (€5, inc. soup and sandwiches) from 1:00 til 1:45 in the clubhouse.

Saturday Club
There was an understandably small turnout for the Saturday Club but the scoring was still good. Well done to John O’Halloran who emerged victorious.
Result (13 holes): 1st, John O’Halloran (20) 29pts; 2nd, Gerry Cunningham (23) 26pts; 3rd, Johnny Kelly (13) 26pts. Bottles: Danny McGrath, Vincent Ryder and PJ Murphy.
The away outing to Woodstock takes place on Saturday, March 19 and a timesheet is available with Mark Curley at 086-2624668.

LOTTO
There were no winners of our lotto jackpot (17th February) worth 17,800 euro. Numbers drawn were 17, 20, 25,27. Congratulations to Paul Kelly who was our match 3 winner.
